Elaine
Elaine has over 30 years experience in the hairdressing industry, having trained and worked in Dublin for around 20 years, Elaine then brought her love of hairdressing to Navan 11 years ago to open The Hair Company and hasn’t looked back since. She is best known for her blow dries that last a lifetime!
Once her customers are well looked after and everyone is happy you’ll find her doing what she loves most HAIR and of course having a little sing song.
Nicole
Nicole is a lover of all things hair. She is the manager of the salon and is an award winning Colour Specialist with Alfaparf Milano.
Her favourite and most popular service is Balayage/Prescription Colouring and she sure loves a challenge! She also specialises in Hairtalk Tape Extensions.
Healthy hair is very important to Nicole and that will always be one of her top priorities!

Arlene
Arlene has over 20 years experience in the hairdressing industry and has been working in Navan for all of them & started in The Hair Company 8 years ago.
She has had customers stay with her since her day one and it’s clear to see why! She’s always up for a chat about anything and is always in the best mood even on Monday’s! Arlene is amazing at upstyling and all things hair. She has the most lovely quirky personality We ❤ Arlene.
Emma
Emma is our most recently Qualified Hair Stylist. We couldn’t be prouder of Emma after completing her Apprenticeship with the National Hairdressing Apprenticeship. We’ve watched Emma blossom into a fantastic Hair Stylist and Colourist and we can’t wait to see her thrive in the amazing career she has ahead of her.
Emma loves Balayage and is the Queen of wavey hair!
Eve
Eve is a 1st Year Apprentice in The Hair Company. After coming to us for T.Y work experience 4 years ago we just couldn’t let her go! She worked weekends while she finished school and now she’s with us full time. You’ll always find Eve smiling, telling stories and if you hear someone giggling it’s her!
Eve has a real flare for Hairdressing and knows the Alfaparf MIlano homecare products inside out and is brilliant for recommendations. We’re honoured we get to watch her grow into a Super Stylist! Watch this space!
Zoe
Zoe is our 2nd Year Apprentice. She’s the newest member of our team and it’s like she’s been here forever!
Zoe is a very talented young Hairdresser who is extremely dedicated to learning and knowing the “how” and the “why” for everything she does! You’ll always find Zoe humming a tune and giggling with Eve while perfecting her craft! We’re super proud of Zoe and can’t wait to be with her for the rest of her journey!
